There is no strict minimum order quantity. We accept prototype runs starting from a single board. Pricing adjusts with volume, so larger quantities benefit from economies of scale, but we never turn away small projects. This is core to our mission of making professional PCBA accessible to companies of all sizes.

We accept Gerber RS-274X and RS-274X2 formats for PCB fabrication data, ODB++ for integrated data packages, BOM in CSV or XLSX format, CPL/PnP (component placement) in CSV format, schematic PDF for design review, and assembly drawings in PDF format. If you are unsure about your file set, our engineering team can guide you during the DFM review.

Yes. We sign mutual non-disclosure agreements as standard practice before reviewing any design files. Your intellectual property is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. All design data is stored on access-controlled servers, and our staff are bound by confidentiality obligations. We are also open to signing customer-specific NDAs if required.

For new clients, our standard terms are 50% deposit to begin production and 50% before shipment. For established clients with a trading history, we offer net 30-day payment terms. We accept payment via T/T (telegraphic transfer), Letter of Credit (LC), and PayPal for smaller transactions. All invoices are issued in USD unless otherwise agreed.

Yes, we ship worldwide. For prototypes and small-batch orders, we use DHL, UPS, or FedEx express services with typical delivery times of 3–7 business days. For volume production, we offer sea freight as a cost-effective option with delivery times of 15–30 days depending on destination. All shipments are fully insured and trackable.
